We are seeking an exceptional Financial Manager to join our Alliances Division — a key strategic area that powers Lesaka’s partnerships with global payment networks and fintech collaborators. This role is central to shaping commercial decision-making and enabling growth in one of Africa’s most dynamic fintech environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead commercial modelling and financial analysis for new and existing strategic partnerships.

• Develop and maintain business cases supporting initiatives across issuing, acquiring, and embedded finance.

• Drive pricing strategy for alliance-related products and services, ensuring competitive positioning and profitability.

• Collaborate with senior executives, finance teams, and alliance partners to align commercial terms and growth objectives.

• Provide strategic financial insights to support negotiations, partnership structures, and long-term planning.

Minimum Requirements

• CA (SA) or equivalent qualification.

• 10+ years’ experience in commercial modelling, financial planning, or corporate finance.

• 5+ years’ experience within payments, fintech, or banking.

• Strong understanding of payment network economics and alliance structures.
